This edition of "Rudimentally Speaking" addresses a compound rudiment. 

It contains two 
Swiss Army Triplets and one half of the Flam Accent.
The beginning of this exercise is played with a right flam followed by a right and a left stroke
(Swiss Army Triplet) two times. 
Then half of the Flam Accent is played with a right flam, a left and a right stroke. 
The next measure is ready to begin with the left hand giving both hands an even workout.
